SOLARI SYSTEMS LLC · UPDATED OCTOBER 20, 2026
Privacy notice.
This notice describes the information used by Solari’s public account, licensing and billing service. Your local Windows conversation workspace is separate from this account dashboard.
Account information
The service uses your name, verified email address and account status to provide your account. Password sign-in uses a salted password hash. If you use a verified sign-in provider, the service associates its verified email and provider account reference with your Solari account. Email verification requests use time-limited codes. Your email address is used to deliver those codes and respond to support you request.
The browser uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. Session storage can keep an in-progress verification request and email address in the same tab; it does not store your password or the account session token.
Connected devices and licensing
The service records connected device names, public device keys or their fingerprints, connection and revocation status, and timestamps. These records associate a device with your account, enforce the device allowance, and issue short-lived licenses.
A device’s private signing key belongs in the companion’s local profile. It is not sent to the account service. Approving a device code connects that device; it does not give this website desktop input access.
Plans, payments and usage
The service records your plan, subscription status, billing period information, and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Stripe handles checkout and payment details. The account service does not ask you to enter card details into a Solari form.
Usage records can include a request identifier, model identifier, daily usage counters and timestamps. They enforce plan allowances, including the Free plan’s 50 local model turns per UTC day. Service and security handling may use request IP information to rate-limit requests and help prevent misuse.
Local conversations and files
The Windows companion runs its model locally. Account and licensing requests do not include your local conversation text or the contents of your local files, and those contents are not sent to the owner’s Office by this account service.
If you opt in to local desktop observation, a capture shows visible screen pixels and may include overlapping windows. Those captures are not included in the account and licensing requests.
Internet connections are used for sign-in, licensing, email verification, payments and model/runtime downloads. Download providers receive the network requests needed to deliver those files. If you separately choose to send information to a support contact or another service, that is a separate transfer you initiate.
Service providers
Hosting and network providers process the request information needed to deliver the website and account API. The configured email provider delivers verification messages. Stripe processes subscription payments and its billing portal. These services have their own handling of information they receive.
Your account and questions
You can sign out, review your plan and disconnect devices in your account. Use the Stripe billing portal for subscription management. Contact cove@solarisystems.net with account or data questions.
